# analytics

> Reference for the analytics tool of Geenius MVP: visitors, sources, pages, bots, funnels and vitals, with every action.

Who visited a site, from where, on what, human or bot. Privacy-first: no cookies, no IP stored, visitors are a daily rotating hash. Every answer is the stored numbers of this workspace's site, and bot detection is probabilistic and says so.

Call it as `geenius_mvp(tool: "analytics", action: "<action>", args: {...})` through Geenius OS.

## Actions

| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| `bots` | Who is crawling: verdicts, named bots, AI crawlers' share, the pages bots fetch. |
| `compare` | This range against the one before or a year earlier. |
| `configure` | Create or change a site: switch counting on or off and set the mode (admin or owner). |
| `dashboard` | Everything the Analytics page shows in one answer. |
| `export` | Raw human events after a time, oldest first, up to 1000. |
| `export_rollups` | The rollup rows for the range. |
| `funnel` | Sessions reaching each step in order. |
| `install` | The one script tag a site needs, and how to check it arrives. |
| `journeys` | How visitors move: the biggest page-to-page moves and exit pages. |
| `live` | The last 30 minutes: page views, active visitors, top pages and countries. |
| `sites` | The sites counted here: key, hosts, switches, goals, retention. |
| `summary` | Visitors, page views, sessions, bounce, engaged rate, human share and goals for a range. |
| `timeseries` | One metric over time, no gaps. |
| `top` | The biggest values of one dimension: page, source, country, device and more. |
| `usage` | This month's events against the allowance. |
| `vitals` | Web vitals: LCP, INP, CLS, FCP and TTFB. |
