Publishing builds the site and puts it live on its own geenius.site address.

## Who

Publishing, unpublishing, rollback, removing a site, domains and repository actions need an **admin or owner** seat. A refusal names the role it needs.

## Address

Check whether an address is free and move the site to another. A published website is static.

## Unpublish

Takes the site offline and keeps its versions.

## Web apps and shops

`apps publish` publishes the site and the member area together. A test shop is live in seconds, on the mock payment.
